Questions

An overview of Case Management's Questions, explaining what they are and how to create them.

What are Questions?

These are the fields that a user completes when managing a case, which are specifically linked to the reason associated with that case. They are used to give more information about the case.

When a user assigns a Case Reason to a case, the associated Questions appear below. The user then fills out these fields in order to provide a more comprehensive view of the case.

How to add a Question

Open the side menu -> select the Settings button.

Select the Case Management tab, then click Questions.

Press the Add New Question button.

There are four Question types:

  • Short Text - Answer can have max 200 characters
  • Long Text - Answer can have max 400 characters
  • Single Choice - Out of many answers to a question, only one can be selected
  • Multi Choice - Many answers to one question can be selected

Fill in all mandatory fields and press the Save button.
