Time zones
An overview of time zones, explaining how they can be set in the CX Index platform.
How to set your time zone?
Open the side menu and select Settings.

Select App Settings -> General settings.

Enter one time password and press Unlock.

Navigate to the Other tab and unfold the Timezone dropdown field.

Select your time zone. Now, all timestamps for feedback records, cases, etc., will be adjusted to the one selected.
Additionally, you can select the way timestamps are displayed by unfolding the Date and time format dropdown field and selecting a format that suits you best.

Adding the time zone filter
It is possible to have the time zone filter. In order to enable it, open the side menu and select Settings.

Navigate to App Settings -> Global Features

Tick the checkbox next to Show timezone filter feature and press Save changes.

Select App Settings -> General settings.

Select a time zone of your choice. Now, all timestamps for feedback records, cases, etc., will be adjusted to the one selected.
